At Somowell, we take pride in making sure every order arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Our team carefully inspects, packages, and dispatches every product to ensure you receive a high-quality experience from start to finish.


Processing & Delivery Times

We offer two product categories with different handling timelines:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are handled the next business day.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both ready-to-ship and customizable items, all items will be shipped together once customization is complete. If you’d like faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing them as a separate order.


Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with UPS and FedEx Ground to provide reliable delivery. Depending on your location and order type, you may see additional shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): $6.99 flat fee across the 48 contiguous states.

  • Expedited Options: When available, faster shipping methods (2-Day, Next-Day) will be shown at checkout with updated costs.

  • Tracking Information: Every shipment includes tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.


Packaging & Handling

  • Protective Packaging: We carefully package all items to minimize damage during transit. Fragile and customizable products receive additional protective wrapping.

  • Multiple Packages: Depending on product size and availability, your order may arrive in more than one package. If so, you’ll receive tracking for each package.


Service Area

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • International addresses


Important Shipping Notes

  • Weather & Seasonal Delays: During severe weather events or peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.

  • Signature Requirement: Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.


Order Tracking & Support

You can track your order directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any issues or your tracking doesn’t update within 48 hours, please contact our support team at Support@somowell.com.
